FANMIG J5 is a semiautomatic welding machine for MIG / MAG welding with the possibility of pulsed arc as well as for MMA and TIG electrode welding. The device is used for welding steel, stainless steel.
The welding parameters are set on the front panel of the welding machine, with synergic setting and you just need to select the welding method and little else and start working.
It is a versatile welding machine and is powered by 230V single-phase electricity. Furthermore, the device is protected against overheating by a fan and a thermal sensor.
MIG / MAG wire welding is set up with a wire feeder that allows you to mount coils of filler wire of up to 5 kg (diameter 200 mm) or coils of 1 kg (100 mm). Recommended steel wire diameters are 0.8mm and 1.0mm, for aluminum 1.0mm or 1.2mm. Possibility of welding without the aid of shielding gas (Argon / CO2) with the cored wire, by reversing the welding polarity. Thanks to the EURO connection it will be possible to connect any MIG / MAG torch among the most common on the market.
The generator also easily welds MMA coated electrodes for a maximum amperage of 170 A for a maximum of 3.2 mm diameter electrodes.
By equipping the welding machine with a special torch and Argon protection gas, it will be possible to TIG weld, with a maximum amperage of 180A.
Simple to use thanks to the synergic mode.
Fanmig J5 creates a comfortable set for work and transport when placed together with the gas cylinder on the trolley for WUS-100 welding machine.
