The TransSteel 2200C Multifunction Welding Machine is a single welding machine for all three welding processes with a duty cycle of 220A at 30%;
- MIG : Up to 220 A Spot and interval welding, up to 1.2 mm diameter wire
- TIG Lift Arc : Up to 230 A Pulsed welding and TAC function
- MMA : Up to 180 A, electrodes up to 4 mm diameter
Two Easyjob memory slots allow you to store the most frequently used parameters.
A second magnetic gas valve on the back allows for quick process change without having to replace the weld.
TransSteel 2200C is an all-rounder which, at 15 kilograms, is designed for mobile use on construction sites.
One of the main advantages of the new generator is the variety of welding programs (26) for steel and stainless steel, but also for aluminum and copper-silicon alloys, among others.
This welder has an innovative intelligent function to keep working optimally if the welding current is temporarily too low or if the extensions are long. Automatic Power Factor Correction (PFC) adjusts power consumption and ensures that available power is used efficiently. As a result, the devices have a wide range and offer the welder a lot of flexibility.
In addition, the device has a spot and interval welding function. The interval welding function guarantees perfect control of the heat input when welding thin sheets, for example in body construction, combined with a beautiful seam appearance.
The wire feed system of the TransSteel 2200C is easily accessible and therefore easy to adjust to the desired wire diameter. The system is suitable for both 1 kilogram (D100) and 5 kilogram (D200) welding wire spools. The coil is easy to replace, without the use of tools.
The TransSteel 2200C welder features a professional lightweight welding torch with ergonomic handle and durable wear parts. The peculiarity is that with this torch it is also possible to weld aluminum. The torch is easy to assemble and disassemble thanks to the Fronius System Connector (FSC).
