Our return policy has valid 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed from buying, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement of the item purchased with another article.

In order to access the practice of return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it, with the perfectly intact original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned over 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

In the event that a return is due to our error, shipping costs are subject to refund.
In the event that a return is due entirely by the buyer's will without there has been an error from us, the buyer takes up all shipping costs.


Refunds

Once received and inspected the return, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the reimbursement request and, in the event of a positive outcome, we will agree the reimbursement methods that will take place no more than 7 working days.
