Monster 24 Arc-Zone gas lens nozzle kit for TIG torch 17 - 18 - 26

TIG Monster24™ nozzle. #24 = 1-1/2" (38.1mm) gas outlet hole diameter x 1" (25.4mm) long. Internal hole for inserting a tungsten electrode with a diameter of 1.6mm or 2.4mm (select from the drop-down menu).

Designed to provide a consistent flow of shielding gas for improved weld quality and consistency.

If you are welding specialty materials such as titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, stainless steel, Chromoly, Docol R8, etc., then these gas lens nozzles could be exactly what you need to improve gas coverage, arc stability , tungsten protrusion, and visibility.

Best MonsterCup™ Usage Tips: Setup Tips, Dos and Don'ts!

• MonsterCup™ works best with the high quality original Arc-Zone equipment supplied in the cassette or among the spare parts found in our shop.
• MonsterCup™ is designed for argon flow rates between 7 and 15 liters per minute
• Do not exceed 175 amps for long periods of time!
• The Monster™ nozzle is not designed for AC welding! The use of the MonsterCup™ with materials such as aluminium, copper, magnesium and other light alloys is absolutely not recommended
• Minimum tungsten electrode depth of 19 mm -- A shorter protrusion could cause damage to the gas lens retina.
• Use a medium or short rear cap. (Long rear caps are known to trap the atmosphere at the top of the cap.)
• Do not adjust the positioning or change the position of the metal mesh in any way.
