Monster™ Arc-Zone replacement metal screen for pink TIG welding torch nozzle
The new line of Monster nozzles offers gas coverage and the right position of the tungsten electrode to make welding, even of particular materials, of the highest quality day after day.
We know accidents happen and screens get damaged, so we thought we'd make replacement screen kits available in 1/16" (1.6mm) and 3/32" (2.4mm) tungsten sizes.
Made in the USA with US quality materials, each screen kit is ready to plug into Monster Nozzles #1. 10 - n. 12 - n. 14 - n. 16 and n. 24!
Our screen installation tool is also available.
Specifically designed to position, press fit and set the depth (setback) of the wire mesh into the nozzle body. The diffusers' integrated design uses mechanical interference to hold them securely in the nozzle body.
The placement of the shield in the bowl body is critical for consistent gas flow and excellent welding performance. There's no need to fumble around looking for something that fits and hope you've solved the problem. This handy tool saves you time and money!
